Since all processes are automated, DS Virtual Gaming can connect its solution to hundreds of betshops in just a few minutes.

A renowned service provider of virtual sports betting and online games, Diplomat Sportwetten (DS) Virtual Gaming is launching its new Online Retail Solution, which invites players to order their own tickets from cashiers via computers located at the betting shops.

This solution presents a link with all of the company’s games, statistics, information about current rounds and upcoming games and, most importantly, transmission for all games. Choosing the desired positions for the current or upcoming rounds, the player gets a number, which has no effect exactly until the ticket is paid at the cash desk and the player receives a coupon. Naturally, the same number with all the data is displayed in the cashier program.

According to Araksi Sargsyan, Head of Business Development, DS Virtual Gaming: “This product allows land-based operators to get rid of many problems: the lack of human resources in a large flow of players at the betting shops, cashier mistakes (the solution requires the cashier to collect money and press just one button to print tickets), the inability to offer more than 1-2 games due to a absence of TV sets at the betshops, and the purchase of expensive equipment. Now, all transmissions of games are on computers, and players can simply jump from one game to another without losing the transmission.”

A PRACTICAL AND INNOVATIVE BETTING TOOL

As usual, DS Virtual Gaming innovates again by going beyond the conventional. Now, players at the betting shops can also order tickets from their cell phones. There, they can follow the broadcast and receive information from their phones about whether their bet was won or lost. What do they need to do? Absolutely nothing. Players only have to scan the QR code designed specifically for a betshop. The QR code already connects the interface of the players with the interface of the cashier program, so any ordered ticket is displayed at the cashiers in a second. At the same time, each ticket has a status, according to which the cashier prints it based on a priority, depending on the start time of the game. If the player does not pay for the ticket before the game starts, the number simply disappears.

In this sense, since all processes are automated, DS Virtual Gaming can connect its product to hundreds of betshops in a few minutes. A nice bonus to all of the above is that the Online Retail Solution has exactly the same design as the web solution, which means that when the betting shops are closed, players can easily enjoy their favorite games from home without having to get used to a new design.
