Your company is surely a big part of the ICE London story at ExCeL London center. Which have been the highlights of your participation at this huge event?
Because the last ten editions of ICE in London were each an absolute highlight in their own right, I am focusing on the recent finale last week. Our latest gaming content, especially our Linked Progressive innovations, as well as our new Multigame Package M-Prime, celebrated impressive success on our show floor. Additionally, the Mod Ex received tremendous acclaim from visitors in all its variants. Not to be forgotten is the new J-Curved version of our successful Zonic cabinet, which again captured the attention of clients.
What are the main characteristics of the Linked Progressive solutions?
Link-Wave is an ultra-modern 4-level Jackpot System that garnered significant enthusiasm among trade fair attendees, particularly due to its exceptional playability, thrilling features, and top-notch graphics. Clash Link stands out especially for its phenomenal mechanics; alongside the unique Triple Trigger mechanism, the Dynamic Ways mechanism offers great winning opportunities. Equally lucrative and furious is Link Zone Rush, where the high frequency Jackpot Feature promises top winning chances.
You mentioned before the Mod Ex cabinet. Could you explain the reasons for its successful reception and popularity?
The Mod Ex captivated trade show attendees with its unparalleled flexibility, as not only the monitor, but also the body and the base can be freely configured according to the needs of customers and players. The reason why the new cabinet was so well received by our customers is quite clear: it is precisely tailored to their needs and requirements. We incorporated all the experience we have gathered as operators in the past into the development process, allowing us to bring to market a cabinet that is entirely operational proofed.
After an intensive development phase, the company also unveiled its new roulette at ICE London 2024. What added value does it bring to operators?
Due to our extensive operations and experience in our own casinos, we have undergone a significant improvement process for our ETG product. It is written in our DNA to share this knowledge with our clients.
After a great 2023 for Merkur Gaming, including closing several deals in different markets, what new goals will be in the company’s agenda for the first semester of 2024?
We acknowledge the necessity of closer collaboration with the markets to overcome new challenges, including regulations, as well as political and economic stances. This underscores the importance of enhanced cooperation and communication. Only by investing time and effort in individual markets and clients we will be able to deliver the appropriate products to meet tomorrow’s requirements. Regarding the plans for 2024, Merkur Gaming will be focusing on new regulations, products, and markets.
