In 2023, HAMEvent organized two impactful networking events and managed PR for six dynamic companies. They also partnered with 37 iGaming media, enabling their PR campaign to reach 20 million coverage views on placements, and a total audience of 1 million across Facebook.

A few days ago, HAMEvent celebrated its first anniversary. What is the company’s assessment of 2023?

The first year was an extraordinary journey, with remarkable achievements and transformations. In 2022, I departed from the corporate world and stepped down from my previous role to pursue a dream. The beginning of 2023 brought a whirlwind of emotions: fear, excitement, and joy. Most notably, HAMEvent successfully partnered with 20 clients. At different gambling exhibitions, our team flew thousands of miles, delivering over 10,000 branded goodies for clients’ stands across four continents. We collaborated with Expose Design to construct 12 exceptional stands. Our dedicated team grew from 3 to 10 members. We organized two impactful networking events and managed PR for six dynamic companies. Additionally, we partnered with 37 iGaming media, enabling our PR campaign to reach 20 million coverage views on placements, and a total audience of 1 million across Facebook. Which are the keys to this amazing growth of the company?

I can say that the iGaming industry is a playground of constant evolution and creativity. HAMEvent excels in managing the entire creative process, crafting effective and successful strategies. As an expert in event management, what are the main elements that cannot be missed in a gaming industry gathering?

iGaming exhibitions are an excellent opportunity for suppliers, operators, and affiliates to interact face-to-face with potential customers, strengthen their relationships with existing ones, and reinforce their position within the market. I have 10 useful tips to assist you in having the most successful exhibition: a) determine your goals, b) collaborate with an agency to create a welcoming, outstanding, and innovative stand design, c) prepare and launch a marketing campaign, d) review the exhibition manual to avoid missing a single detail, e) ensure that your staff is prepared for the event, f) create attractions for your stand, g) collaborate with influencers or industry experts who align with your brand, and invite them to your stand for meet-and-greet sessions, panel discussions, or presentations, h) consider incorporating interactive activities and demos at your stand to attract and engage attendees, i) maximize networking opportunities by organizing meetups, networking sessions, or workshops during the exhibition, and j) think of creating high-quality custom branded items that showcase your logo and brand message. Which activities will be part of the agenda of the company in the first semester of 2024?

In the first semester of 2024, HAMEvent will be dedicated to three primary endeavors. Firstly, we are focused on fostering growth and development within our company. This entails not only expanding our services and offerings, but also exploring new avenues within the industry to enhance our presence and influence. Secondly, we are committed to strengthening our collaborations with existing partners. Whether it’s through exhibitions or collaborative PR campaigns, we aim to deepen our relationships with our trusted allies to deliver even greater value to our clients. Lastly, we are actively pursuing opportunities to attract new partnerships.
