How would you describe the performance of GR8 Tech at ICE Barcelona 2025?
The stand that we build is bigger than last year because we are growing. The company, the revenue and the number of clients are increasing and, therefore, we have to match that steady growth. Of course, with this, the expectations are bigger. No matter where we are, our stand is always busy. As a platform and tech provider, we always have demand from clients. In this industry, if you don’t grow at least 10 or 20% a month, it means something is wrong with you. 50% of the traffic that we saw in the trade show were the existing clients that have already launched with us, and the other 50% were meetings that were planned before hand with possible new clients.
Was it positive for the company the change of venue from London to Spain?
We like London a lot, but I think Barcelona is a much better fit. For a lot of people, this location is much more friendly, especially for those coming from the European Union. The number of members of the team that we brought to the event is close to 50, compare to the 20 persons of the last year. We brought not only the sales executives, but all the experts from the company’s legal, license, account management and payments departments. The venue itself is really huge. It has the size and the walking space we all need.
Could you share more details regarding the partnership with Ready To Fight that the company just announced during this fair?
We have joined forces with Ready to Fight (RTF) by Oleksandr Usyk in a technological partnership that bridges the worlds of sports and innovation. As RTF’s exclusive partner in tech, we combine our unrivaled expertise in iGaming with Usyk’s experience as an undisputed champion and entrepreneur to deliver solutions that push boundaries and achieve extraordinary results. Our sportsbook and iGaming platform stands out for its scalability, precision, and exceptional performance, aligning with Usyk’s unwavering drive and unstoppable record. Just as Usyk dominates in the boxing ring, we’re here to help operators succeed with unparalleled event coverage, sophisticated margin management, and geo-specific strategies that make an impact in any market. Ready to Fight’s mission to merge technology with boxing comes to life through our advanced platform. By leveraging our technological expertise, RTF meets the high operational standards of iGaming leaders. Both brands share a data-driven, innovative approach, empowering their audiences to break boundaries and achieve unprecedented success at the intersection of sports and technology.
What are the company’s plans for 2025 in terms of innovation and new products?
There are three news that I can already announce in general terms. The first one is a new full-fledged crypto platform with an exchange so you can use different coins to play. It’s not only to top up and withdraw, but to play with different currencies. I think this is trendy and attractive. Number two, in the sportsbook side, we will have the bespoke API. It will be a way of providing sportsbooks with the backend without the front end. This is the natural evolution of the Turbo iFrame. The third one will be revolutionary to some extent for many clients. The solution will be what we call an ‘extendable platform.’ Operators will be able to extend the platform by themselves. So, we will give, I would say, 50% of independence to operators to build on top of our platform without actually using us. We initially started as a modular architecture, but now we move it into the extensibility, which is very important for the large operators that want to either buy the source code or build their own platform.
