Gamanza Engage and Apuestas Royal. Partnership to bring CRM and gamification tools across five brands in Latin America

Apuestas Royal, the Venezuelan-headquartered operator with a strong regional presence, will deploy Gamanza Engage's real-time CRM, loyalty and gamification toolkit across five of its brands. The release details the scope of the agreement, the available solutions, and the retention and lifetime value goals both companies aim to achieve in the region's high-growth markets.

The company aims to roll out CRM and gamification in a coordinated way across all its brands from a single unified platform.

Gamanza Engage has partnered with Apuestas Royal, the Venezuelan-headquartered sports betting and online casino platform with a strong presence across Latin America, giving the operator access to Gamanza Engage’s CRM, gamification and engagement tools across five brands.

Through the integration, Apuestas Royal will deploy Gamanza Engage’s real-time CRM, loyalty and gamification toolkit, alongside free-to-play mini-games designed to increase player interaction and retention. The rollout covers five brands within the group – Apuestas Royal, Gogo Royal, Juega y Cobra, Jugando a Ganar and Aprieta y Gana – enabling a coordinated approach to loyalty strategies and player engagement across the portfolio.

Operators will have access to real-time dashboards and data-driven tools to better understand player behaviour and optimise engagement strategies across all brands. Both CRM and gamification modules can be deployed as standalone solutions or as an all-in-one platform.
