Originally from Ukraine, Alena Tsuranova got a degree in Economic Cybernetics in Kyiv. She started her career right after graduation by joining a technological startup. During this time, she discovered that working with intelligent, friendly, and motivated people gave her the greatest joy and inspiration. Since 2016, Tsuranova has worked in sales and business development in various fields, which has fueled her passion for her job. The executive enjoys learning and feels a strong capability to grow professionally.
“I never imagined I would work in the iGaming industry, but it found me,” stated Tsuranova. In 2021, after posting her CV on a job board, she was contacted by Onlyplay. “It felt like it was meant to be,” added.

ADVANTAGES OF REMOTE WORK
The shift to remote work has significantly enhanced her work-life balance by eliminating commute time. It allowed her to direct more energy and focus to both professional responsibilities and personal activities without compromising effectiveness, especially in sales where performance metrics are easily measurable.
Since COVID times in 2020, Tsuranova prioritized her mental and physical well-being, which has had a positive impact on her overall productivity.
PASSIONS, PLANS AND HOPES
Skiing is one of her passions. Not only does she follow the World Cup, but she also goes skiing in the Dolomites every year. For her, it’s the best activity to enjoy during cold winter days.
Due to the current instability caused by the ongoing war, making long-term plans in Ukraine is challenging. However, in the coming years, the executive hopes to settle down and continue her adventure in the iGaming industry. While the future remains highly unpredictable, she is focused on achieving short-term goals and being grateful for what she has.
