The win occurred during the platform’s ongoing Highest Five series, a high-stakes online tournament series featuring prize pools that have consistently reached six- and seven-figure sums.
The victory came as part of a busy stretch of high-stakes online poker action, with multiple events across the schedule producing prize pools in the six figures and beyond. The BIG Fatty 6-Max stood out among the week’s tournaments, drawing a competitive field and generating a $510,000 prize pool.
The Highest Five series continues to serve as a focal point for high buy-in online poker, featuring events with entry fees reaching up to $25,500. Recent tournaments have delivered substantial prize pools, including $1.325 million for the Phil’s Puff & Bluff event, alongside several others exceeding $400,000.
Moneymaker, best known for his 2003 World Series of Poker Main Event victory, remains active across both live and online formats. His latest win follows a recent $903,000 score in a Triton Poker event, underscoring his continued presence in high-stakes competition.
Beyond the Highest Five series, Americas Cardroom is also running its Dual Mystery Bounty Venom tournaments, which include an $8 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em event and a $2 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha event. Players still have multiple opportunities to enter, with Day 1 flights scheduled for April 23, 25, and 26.
Additional events remain on the Highest Five calendar, including the Full Baked PLO 6-Max ($10,300) and Half Baked PLO 6-Max R/A ($5,200) on April 22, followed by the Last Dab ($15,400) and Last Blunt Special ($5,200) on April 23.
