The firm has always emphasized adaptability and performance. How did the idea for the Agent System originate, and what main challenges in emerging markets does it aim to solve?

The Agent System was born as a direct response to the operational realities of emerging regions.
In many of these markets -particularly in MENA and parts of Latin America-, players often face limited access to international payment options and have low trust in online transactions. Banking penetration remains low, financial infrastructure is fragmented, and digital trust is still developing.
GR8 Tech’s Agent System is designed to overcome these barriers. By empowering local representatives to handle deposits, withdrawals, and player onboarding, it creates a human connection between operators and players. This model builds trust where digital tools alone cannot, expanding accessibility and bringing new audiences into the iGaming ecosystem.

You’ve mentioned that the Agent System works particularly well in regions where offline connections and face-to-face interactions are key. Could you elaborate on how this system bridges the gap between online and offline operations?

In many emerging markets, business runs on relationships. The Agent System combines this local, human element with secure digital infrastructure. Agents act as the brand’s human interface, engaging players and handling cash-in/out and onboarding via dashboards and tools. Operators retain end-to-end visibility and compliance, while players receive personal, face-to-face support.

In Latin America, where local trust and community play a big role in business relationships, what results or feedback have you seen from operators using the Agent System?

In Latin America, where regulatory frameworks are evolving and taxes on winnings can be high, local agents act as trusted intermediaries, helping operators gain credibility and simplifying the player experience. Our partners report stronger acquisition, higher retention rates, and steady activity levels.

How does GR8 Tech ensure scalability and transparency within the Agent System, especially when managing large agent networks?

Scalability and transparency are built into the core of our Agent System’s architecture. GR8 Tech employs a hierarchical structure that enables operators to manage multiple levels of agents, from main agents to sub-agents and players, with clear permissions and automated tracking at every stage. Every transaction is fully traceable, supported by real-time reporting, configurable limits, and detailed audit logs. This structure ensures operational integrity and financial control while allowing operators to scale efficiently across different markets and agent networks.

Looking ahead, how do you see the Agent System evolving as digitalization continues to advance across LatAm and other regions?

As digitalization accelerates, the Agent System continues to evolve, enhancing (not replacing) the human networks that drive trust.
