ULTIM8 promises one of the fastest integrations on the market. What aspects of its design or architecture enable you to achieve such quick time-to-market?

Knowing how speed of integration has long been a pain point in iGaming, we’ve developed ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame to be market-ready as soon as possible. In some cases, our partners have gone live with it in just seven days. When the operator is ready to move fast, we are too. What makes it possible is our single, unified API that dramatically reduces setup time and complexity. On top of that, we have automated everything behind the scenes (deployment, testing, scaling) using continuous integration pipelines. So while the front-end experience is clean, the backend is built for speed and reliability. Finally, integration comes with a hands-on team that has launched solutions in markets across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. That is one of the reasons why we split up the signing-deals process from integration and onboarding to build hands-on teams with more precise expertise and sharper focus.

Unlike many quick-launch solutions, your iFrame includes a full CRM system. How does this enhance operators’ ability to segment, retain, and personalize the player experience?

That is a great question. Most iFrame solutions offer speed but at the cost of control. Operators typically get a front-end skin with limited access to data, personalization, or retention tools. We took a different approach, and it goes right to the heart of why our iFrame is indeed an “ultimate” one. ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame’s fully integrated CRM system acts as the brain of the operation, giving the operators the tools to segment, personalize, and retain players from day one. What does that look like in practice? Operators can build and automate journeys, activate bonuses with drag-and-drop tools, and run A/B tests without depending on developers or third-party systems. Every single touchpoint, from onboarding to reactivation, can be automated, gamified, and adjusted in real time. Basically, operators don’t need to file a Jira ticket every time they want to tweak a bonus. As a result, on average, 75% of monthly active users are gamified, and we see consistent increases in all key metrics: up to 80% retention, up to 50% reactivation rate, and around 20% in LTV. The CRM is native to the ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame. It’s not bolted on, but was designed with the same agility, scalability, and market demands in mind. Operators are also not locked out of the data; they get access to insights and automation tools and can act on them immediately.

Features like odds personalization, multi-bet boosts, and cashout tools are said to significantly increase GGR. What kind of real-world results have you seen from operators using these tools?

We have already seen our full-platform operator cross the USD 1M GGR mark in just four months by tapping into hyper-local customization, and while ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame is lighter than Hyper Turnkey, it is still built on that same DNA. You’re getting the same business logic in a more flexible, faster-moving, and sportsbook-focused format. Take odds personalization, for example. At face value, small odds tweaks might seem invisible to the player. However, by tailoring odds based on user behavior and local patterns, we have seen GGR increase by over 40% without any new marketing campaigns or infrastructure changes. It’s about using the data you already have, just more intelligently. Then there’s multi-bet engagement. We didn’t need flashy promos to make an impact here. Just subtle UX nudges and intuitive bet boosts. Operators saw up to 5% more profit, simply by encouraging more parlay betting, nothing complex, just effective. Cashout tools, originally built for user flexibility, have proven to be a win-win. With dynamic cashout options tied to smart commission logic, operators saw profitability climb by another 2-5%. Again, no overhaul required, just better alignment between user control and business outcomes. By adjusting betting margins regionally and personalizing engagement mechanics, we have seen GGR jump 10-20%, increasing player engagement to 15%. That’s not theoretical; that’s from live operators running campaigns through our tools, often with just minor tweaks to the default presets.

You highlight a focus on Latin American markets outside Brazil. What opportunities do you see in those regions, and how is the product tailored to meet their specific needs?

Everyone’s watching Brazil. That just means the rest of the map is wide open. So, while Brazil often dominates the headlines, we see major growth opportunities across Peru, Chile, Colombia, and other Latin American markets. What makes these regions exciting is the combination of fast digital adoption, a deep cultural connection to sports, and operators looking for scalable solutions without the burden of overengineering. That’s exactly where ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame fits. It is designed to meet markets where they are. We don’t just localize the interface and call it a day. Our geo-specific presets go much deeper: localized content, currency, language, margin strategies, player journeys, even odds behavior, because how players in Chile bet on football is very different from how they do it in Mexico or Argentina. One of our key strengths is knowing these differences and adapting to them upfront, so that operators could have a smooth market entry and a quick start in profit-making. Our AI-powered segmentation and behavioral tracking help operators deliver experiences that resonate. That might mean offering custom promotions around the Copa Libertadores or adjusting UX for mobile-first engagement. Operators can build tailored campaigns that speak directly to local player behavior. In markets where we implemented localized content and tailored margin strategies, operators hit breakeven in under 12 months, a milestone that normally takes around 3-4 years. That is because we are not forcing a global solution into local markets; we are building with the market in mind from day one. ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It is designed to meet local markets where they are and help operators scale smart, fast, and sustainably; especially in regions that have lately been overlooked in favor of Brazil.

With over 2,000 betting markets and 24/7 in-play coverage, your content offering stands out. How do you ensure such a comprehensive range, and how does it compare to competitors?

We don’t see volume as the goal in itself. What GR8Tech cares about is relevance, markets that are actually meaningful to players, that align with how they think, play, and bet. Behind the 2,000 betting markets and full 24/7 in-play coverage is a deliberate, player-first content strategy. It starts with our own trading team that gives us the agility to go beyond feed-driven templates and shape sports, markets, odds, and limits in our own terms based on player behavior and regional preferences. We are prioritizing depth, building content stacks that reflect actual demand. As already mentioned, we localize even down to niche-market availability depending on sport, time of day, and popular betting habits. Compared to competitors, we’re not trying to win a volume contest but to win player engagement, and it’s working. Operators using ULTIM8 Sportsbook iFrame see higher bet frequency per session, better margin control, and significantly longer session durations, especially in live betting. So, it is not about the biggest menu; it is about the smartest one, and that is exactly what we give our clients.
