What does it mean to you to be a woman today, inside and outside the professional sphere?
Being a woman today means finding the balance between strength and sensitivity. In both my life and my work, intuition is a constant guide: it helps me maintain clarity, empathy, and perspective. Beyond job titles or responsibilities, my approach is to live with intention, protect my values, and sustain an energy that allows me to move forward with purpose without losing the human touch.
What values or characteristics has your experience as a woman contributed to your way of working and leading?
I lead with structure and vision, but also with attention to how people feel, because they are the ones who build results. Resilience has been key in my career: showing up even on difficult days and understanding that consistency is the quietest -and most powerful- form of leadership. My approach blends clarity, discipline, and empathy.
Do you believe the growing presence of women is transforming how the industry approaches innovation and teamwork?
Absolutely. Women bring depth, intuition, and a unique ability to balance detail, structure, and human perspective. iGaming is not only about technology: it also involves behavior, motivation, and how people connect with products. Women question habits, listen to what isn’t being said, and build more complete solutions. That approach is continuously, and very tangibly, changing the industry.
What have been the main challenges and achievements of working in such a male-driven sector?
The biggest challenge is entering environments where credibility is not always granted from the start. I learned to turn that dynamic into discipline, letting results speak for themselves. Over time, that need to prove yourself becomes a strength: it teaches you to lead without noise, with calm, precision, and strong personal conviction.
What does it mean to you to be a female leader in such a competitive sector like iGaming?
It means finding clarity amid noise, supporting your team in constantly shifting environments, and making decisions grounded in intuition, responsibility, and transparency. Leadership is a promise: to be present, to guide with discipline, and to build a culture where people grow, not break. For me, leadership lies in how you support, how you decide, and how you remain consistent even in tense moments.
What do you particularly value about working at Oddsgate?
A genuine sense of purpose. Oddsgate was created to put people at the center, both the team and the clients. It’s a setting where ownership, trust, and collaboration are part of the culture, and where every member knows their work has a direct impact.
How would you describe the company culture in terms of diversity and inclusion?
It is a culture that is diverse by nature, not by obligation. Ideas are heard, individualities are respected, and shared values -honesty, curiosity, respect, and responsibility- guide the way we work. Inclusion here is authentic.
What do you highlight about your impact on Oddsgate’s transformation?
I’ve promoted smarter, more connected ways of working, developing solutions that addressed critical client challenges and strengthened our operations. Every step forward had a purpose: to improve how we collaborate, how we respond, and how we build trust.
What makes Oddsgate a space where women can grow?
The company encourages initiative, individual voice, and ownership of processes. Women are empowered to lead, take risks, and shape outcomes. The culture supports growth; it’s an environment where development is not only possible, but expected.
What changes would you like to see in the next generations of female leaders?
I want them to lead with courage and authenticity. To build without fear of breaking molds. To inspire and transform from their own identity, without imitating external models.
What legacy would you like to build within Oddsgate and the industry?
A legacy where every person feels seen, valued, and empowered. I want Oddsgate to be synonymous with collaborative innovation and solutions that create real impact. In the industry, I hope to contribute to an environment where leadership is inclusive and bold ideas have the space they deserve.
