The company continues to strengthen its global leadership in both land-based and digital gaming. What recent milestones or achievements would you highlight as defining your strategy over the past year?
This 2025 has been an exceptional year for Aristocrat Gaming, driven by several key elements: strong demand for our new cabinets, sustained expansion across North America, and the successful integration of NeoGames into our Aristocrat Interactive portfolio. This momentum reflects solid financial performance based on our ability to diversify across land-based gaming, iGaming, and social gaming platforms. A major milestone was the acquisition of Awager, announced at the opening of G2E last October, a clear signal of the value we place on both land-based and digital operations. This carefully executed strategy resulted in a year of double-digit growth, geographic expansion, and a strengthened portfolio.
As player expectations evolve, so does the demand for advanced content, entertainment-driven gameplay, and immersive experiences. How is Aristocrat adapting its product development to meet these new trends across different regions?
Our goal has always been to deliver “the best seat in the house,” wherever and whenever the world plays. To achieve this, it’s essential to recognize that different types of players have different motivations and ways of enjoying the game, and to create content that resonates with each of them so our customers can satisfy all visitor groups. Our global studios have been extremely successful thanks to this understanding, developing games that suit both traditional experiences and more entertainment-focused ones. We support this innovative vision with industry-leading investment in development, and the return on those investments has been remarkable, both for our customers and for the company.
The convergence of land-based and online gaming is transforming the industry. How do you envision the future of omnichannel gaming, and what role will Aristocrat play in connecting both ecosystems?
We know omnichannel matters to many of our customers, and our job is to ensure that when it matters to them, it matters to us. We are focused on further strengthening this capability within our portfolio and being the best partner possible. The combined power of Aristocrat Gaming and Aristocrat Interactive allows us to offer integrated or standalone solutions, depending on each operator’s needs. One of the most exciting aspects of our omnichannel strategy is that our digital teams learn from the land-based business, and our land-based teams learn from digital. This collaboration -what we call “collective intelligence”- has delivered fantastic results for our customers and their players. This is only the beginning.
Innovation has always been a core pillar for the company. What technological advancements will have the greatest impact on your work and on the player experience?
We are investing heavily in AI-driven personalization, which will allow games to dynamically adapt to each player’s preferences and behaviors. In addition, we are advancing cloud-based casino management systems designed to improve operational efficiency and connectivity. From the end-user perspective, our customers can expect innovations in cabinet design, new functionalities, and deeper integration between the land-based and online ecosystems. These improvements will ensure that Aristocrat Gaming continues setting technological standards across the industry.
Latin America has become a strategic and increasingly competitive region. What priorities will guide the company’s plans for LatAm in the coming years?
We believe Latin America represents a high-potential region, with expanding casino infrastructure and growing demand for digital gaming. There are highly attractive opportunities in markets such as Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, where regulatory frameworks are evolving to accommodate both land-based and online gaming. A key element of our success in the region is our ability to regionalize content. Research shows that players often seek localized themes that reflect cultural heritage, vibrant aesthetics, and community-driven experiences. We have responded to that demand, and we will continue to do so in our future developments.
