You recently joined the company. What surprised you the most about GR8 Tech, and what do you consider to be your contribution during this time?

What impressed me the most is how quickly GR8 Tech has evolved as a B2B company. It is still relatively young in the B2B space, yet it has managed to rapidly decouple its products, package them individually, and deliver them to a very high level. This is clearly driven by its strong B2C DNA. Unlike many traditional B2B providers, GR8 Tech deeply understands player journeys, CRM strategies, and the importance of adding real value beyond simply selling a product. From my perspective as Head of Sports, I was also amazed by the quality of the trading team. It is a highly experienced group, which I consider today to be among the strongest in the entire industry.

What are the advantages of the ULTIM8 Sportsbook solution and how experienced operators have adopted it?

We currently offer three core sports-related products. The first is ULTIM8 Sportsbook, a solution designed for fast integration and high levels of customization. It includes its own backend, CRM, a comprehensive bonus engine, and extensive front-end customization options, including highly configurable widgets. The second product is our API solution, aimed at more technologically advanced operators, both B2C and B2B, who want to leverage our engine while building and controlling their own product and features. The third pillar is our sports feed. We manage a strong in-house trading operation with around 180 traders and multiple official data sources. This allows us to deliver reliable, high-quality feed that is already trusted by many companies across the industry.

How does the company use events like recent ICE Barcelona to strengthen its brand awareness, and expand its network?

For us, events like ICE Barcelona are primarily about networking. They provide an opportunity to meet industry peers, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations across the ecosystem. At the same time, they are key to strengthening brand awareness. Our vision is closely tied to the concept of being a ‘Platform for Champions.’ That is exactly what we aim to build: a next-generation platform that combines sportsbook, casino, and advanced technology to empower our partners to outperform the competition.

Sports are a passionate activity for players and fans, not only in LatAm but globally. Which will be the main trends in sports betting this year, considering the realization of the FIFA World Cup and other major sports events?

The World Cup naturally becomes the focal point of the entire industry and a major acquisition driver. During these periods, operators are competing simultaneously for attention, which often leads to a wave of new features and creative initiatives. From our side, the priority is stability. During events of this magnitude, the most critical factor is avoiding downtime, something that has affected even the largest players in previous tournaments. This year, our focus is on delivering a robust and reliable platform. We will introduce some enhancements, such as new navigation pages, sports lobbies, and tournament sections, but always with stability as the core objective. We want operators to look back and say that their platform performed flawlessly when it mattered most.

In a highly competitive market, how will GR8 Tech continue to lead with solutions such as Crypto Turnkey and the Hyper Turnkey Platform?

Our key differentiator is that everything we offer is developed in-house. Across the market, it is common to see fragmented solutions, with different providers for sportsbook, platform, and casino. At GR8 Tech, we deliver a fully integrated ecosystem that includes platform, CRM, sportsbook, casino, in-house trading, affiliate systems, and agent tools. Very few companies can offer this level of integration and execute it successfully. Combined with over 20 years of proven experience in both B2B and B2C, strong performance metrics from our partners, and a highly creative marketing approach, this integrated model is what allows us to continue leading and standing out in the industry.
